Alyssa Weinberger has been at Lido Advisors, LLC for 14 plus years and has excelled in a male dominated industry. She successfully ran the Operations and Marketing team, which led to her current role as Senior Managing Director and the first female partner of a fast-growing firm. In addition to her executive position at Lido Advisors, Alyssa also serves as Senior Managing Director of Lido Consulting, Inc.
Alyssa is a networking guru, locally and nationally. She is truly passionate when it comes to curating relationships and connecting the right people. She created the Annual Family Office Investment Symposium in 2005 which exemplifies her ability to bring likeminded ultra-high net worth families to share best practices. Alyssa believes in consistent communication as a client coverage model. She strives to meet with clients quarterly to hear about changes in their life that could affect their investment portfolio and financial plans. During these meetings, she makes sure to address how different investments can lead to different outcomes—should the market move up, down or stay relatively steady. Alyssa’s objective is not only to help her clients meet their goals, but to do so with a transparent, collaborative, process-driven approach.
The knowledge and expertise she has gained while working with families, has inspired her to speak at numerous educational conferences and events. Recently, Alyssa led a panel discussion with Dr. Carolyn Friend at Exit Planning Institute (“EPI”). In February, Alyssa spoke at Lido Consulting’s, Inc. 13th Annual Family Office Investment Symposium, and in May at the IMN 4th Annual Real Estate Family Office and Private Wealth Forum. In May Weinberger was featured in LA Business Journal’s article, Accounting for Taste. In 2011, Pepperdine University approached Alyssa to create a program specifically for family offices – The Certificate in Financial Management for the Family Office.
Alyssa is an expert in strategically helping families continue their legacy while impressively running her own family. She has three boys all under the age of 10, and is truly the epitome of a “supermom”. Alyssa is on the Parent Association as the treasurer at her youngest son’s preschool.
Alyssa is extremely passionate about giving back to her community and local charities, currently focusing on the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. Alyssa is an advocate for empowering women and hosts an annual tea for women in business in Southern California.
