Noel Cohen works closely with clients to build relationships and manage their legal needs both in and out of the courtroom. His litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, employment litigation and class action defense.

Breach of contract and fiduciary duties, false advertising, licensing, intellectual property, insurance and other general business contract and tort claims
Defending claims of wrongful termination, sexual harassment, age, disability, race and gender discrimination, overtime, misclassification, misappropriation of trade secrets, use of independent contractors and other employment disputes in single plaintiff and class actions in state and federal court and before various administrative agencies.
Defending class actions and representative lawsuits brought under California's unfair competition law, business & professions code section 17200 et seq. ("UCL"), consumer legal remedies act ("CLRA") and fair debt collections practices act ("FDCPA").
Clients include individuals and companies of all sizes and ranges of industries, including non-profits, sports, entertainment, retail, financial services and technology.
