Jocelyn Ferguson is a transformative fundraising executive and marketing leader who brings extensive cross-sector experience spanning higher education, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector. She is highly skilled at building and empowering teams to execute comprehensive philanthropic programs to amplify community impact and institutional success.

She is a dedicated advancement professional who understands the unique intersection of philanthropy and educational equity in changing lives. Her proven track record spans a wide range of philanthropic initiatives, including leading fundraising programs for the graduate schools of education at Stanford University and Mills College, alongside dedicated campaigns for first-generation college student success programs and STEM eduation for high school, undergraduate, and graduate students.

Beyond her fundraising achievements, Jocelyn is a dedicated advocate for equitable communities. As an executive sponsor, she spearheaded the establishment of a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) council and has contributed her expertise to international DEI policy committees and nonprofit organizations. A dedicated champion of inclusive excellence, Jocelyn regularly shares her expertise on DEI and advocacy as an invited speaker at international conferences. She holds multiple board positions, and remains a driving force in championing legislation that prioritizes education, employment, health, violence prevention, and anti-human trafficking.

Jocelyn is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Art History, and she attended the University of California at Berkeley for a PhD program in the History of Art.
