Development and Operations Manager

Joy Flores is a Dreamer, C5 Los Angeles alumna from the Class of 2011, and the first person in her family to attend and graduate from college. Her higher education journey began at Pierce College in Woodland Hills before transferring to California State University, Northridge, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017.

Since completing the C5 program, Joy has remained deeply connected to the organization, volunteering at pathway events and serving on staff during summer experiences since 2016. Today, she is passionate about creating opportunities that help young people discover their potential and build confidence as future leaders.

Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she's hiking, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on the Dodgers. She also loves traveling and exploring new places with her Doberman, listening to music, and making memories with friends, family, and loved ones.
