Social Emotional Learning Program Manager

Kelly Rose is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and joined the C5LA Team in 2025 as the Social Emotional Learning Program Manager. Kelly Rose grew up in Boulder, Colorado where she studied International Affairs at the University of Colorado, and later obtained her Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. Kelly Rose has over ten years of nonprofit experience, which took her overseas and eventually to Los Angeles where she has lived for the past seven years.

Kelly Rose has extensive experience providing compassionate, culturally responsive therapy to adolescents in LA. She most recently worked in immigration advocacy, assisting young immigrants adjusting to life in the United States. Kelly Rose is deeply passionate about mental health and social justice, and strives to empower young people with the skills and confidence they need to thrive in their communities and beyond.

In her free time, Kelly Rose loves to explore the outdoors, watch women’s sports, and connect with her community and loved ones.
