Academic Support Manager

Molly joined the C5LA team in 2025 as the Academic Support Manager, driven by her commitment to helping students reach their fullest potential. A Baltimore native, Molly attended Baltimore County Public Schools before earning a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in History from Elon University and a Secondary Teaching Certification from Towson University. For 10 years, she served Baltimore County Public Schools as a teacher, grade-level coordinator, and academic coordinator, where she discovered her passion for coaching and mentoring students to achieve academic success and personal growth.

At C5LA, Molly is dedicated to empowering students to set meaningful goals, build essential skills, and thrive both in and out of the classroom. Now living in LA County, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends, always inspired by the power of community and connection.
