Leadership Development Manager

Travis joined C5LA as a Leadership Development Manager in the Fall of 2026 after spending the previous 8 years moving all around California (and Texas for a bit). However, being born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Trav eventually decided that the best thing he could do was to gather up all of the knowledge he’d gained over those years and move back to the Valley and help improve his community at home.

Travis earned his Bachelors of Science degree from CSUN where he studied Tourism, Hospitality, & Recreation Management. This degree led him to supervise after school enrichment programs, summer camps, ropes courses, and coordinate an experiential learning program in a mental health setting. No matter the location, Travis believes that each and every individual deserves a shot at reaching their highest potential and outdoor activities are a great way to get there.

When not at work, Trav spends his time watching movies in the theater, trying new restaurants, and kicking it with friends/family.
