C5LA is a 5-year youth leadership and college access program. Our Leaders become
Character Driven, Challenge Ready, College Bound, Community Focused, and Committed to a Better Future.

C5LA students participate in 5 different summer experiences, and attend year-round Pathway Events (6-8 Saturdays a year). Upon graduation of the program, students join a network of 700+ alumni and hundreds of supporters.

The Program

Because spots in the program cannot be replaced once accepted, being a C5LA Leader requires a 5 year commitment for all summer and year round events they will learn leadership skills, be exposed to college and other postsecondary options, and learn about different career paths.

The Commitment

95% of those students matriculate to college.

Over 85% persist through and complete college.
