Program Associate

Madisyn joined the C5LA team in 2023 as a Program Associate. She obtained her BA in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from the number one historically black college/university in the nation Spelman College (’20). She is a Los Angeles native, who values the importance of community building and loves the outdoors! Before working at C5, she spent two years as a substitute teacher in middle schools all over LAUSD and has nine years of camp experience. She uplifts her own identity in camp spaces which allows leaders of diverse backgrounds to be in safe inclusive spaces.
